The 2017 OAAP Conference will be held at York University
York University's Accolade East Building (ACE) houses state-of-the-art rehearsal, performance and exhibition facilities for the School of Arts, Media, Performance & Design, such as the Sandra Faire and Ivan Fecan Theatre, the Tribute Communities Recital Hall, the Price Family Cinema and the McLean Performance Studio. It is also a vital teaching space for students across the University.
The CIBC Lobby fronts the Sandra Faire and Ivan Fecan Theatre and the Tribute Communities Recital Hall. The lobby is an excellent venue for receptions, conference registration, exhibits, marketplaces and small performance presentations.
Courtyard Toronto Vaughan offers conference attendees two Queen beds or one king bed at $139 + HST for single or double occupancy per room per night. Delegates are responsible for making their own hotel room reservations by using the booking link.
Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Vaughan offers conference attendees two Queen beds or one king bed at $155 + HST for single or double occupancy per room per night. Delegates are responsible for making their own hotel room reservations by visiting the booking link or calling the Reservations Department at (905) 660-4700 and quoting the group code "OAAP".
A valid credit card will be required to guarantee all reservations. Reservations made after the cut-off date of September 25 at 5pm will be accepted based on availability and rates will no longer be guaranteed.
Parking and Transit
PARKING can be found in the Student Services Parking Garage (#84 on the York University campus map) which can be accessed off of James Gillies street. Please review driving directions to campus and the daily parking rates on the York University website.
